Seraphim Specs – Well, some of them, anyway.

Posted by Miss Knotty on January 6, 2008

Showing Lace

Pattern: Seraphim by Miriam Felton of Mimknits (www.mimknits.com) (also of Icarus Shawl and Adamas Shawl fame)

Mods: None, except for some little fudging I might have done when my stitch count didn’t come out perfectly. I admit nothing.

Knitted from Knit Picks Sock Garden (100% merino wool) in Colorway Zinnia on US 7’s; Gauge was approx 4.5-5 Sts/1″ (approx)

I had a little bit of yarn left. Probably enough to do heels and toes on some random socks, but not much more than that.

Here’s the Shawl on me:

A true color lace closeup shot – the colors in the picture were shot with natural light and no flash, and the colors are pretty true – go go gadget Vivitar!
